We are seeking an experienced and passionate Foreign English Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate specializes in teaching English writing and is dedicated to creating an immersive learning environment.

You will work with Junior High School students to strengthen their overall English abilities, with a specific focus on improving written and reading proficiency.

Compensation

1. Teaching hours: up to 25 periods per week

2. Monthly salary: NT$69,000

3. Overtime pay: NT$600 per period

Holidays

1. All national holidays applicable in Taiwan

2. Paid vacation: one month in August

Job Description

Foreign English teachers are responsible for conducting ESL teaching and assessment to strengthen students’ English proficiency, provide students with a positive and immersive English learning environment, and enhance their overall English abilities.

The main duties of foreign English teachers are listed below:

1. Work five days a week, eight hours a day, from 08:05 to 17:05.

2. Conduct ESL teaching with Taiwanese co-teachers.

3. Teach junior high school students, Grades 7–9.

4. Take part in various school activities, exhibitions, performances, and projects to create a rich and immersive English learning environment.

5. Use diverse teaching approaches to enhance students’ overall English proficiency, interest in learning English, and confidence.

Detailed duties and responsibilities will be further discussed and specified in the contract.

附加條件

1. A native English speaker from a country where English is an official or commonly used language

2. A state-issued teaching license or certificate

3. A bachelor’s degree or higher

4. A degree or major related to English teaching is preferred

5. Hold and APRC
