       In Argentina, Argentines celebrate Christmas on December 24th more than the 25th. In this country, Christmas dinner is often celebrated with roasted turkey or pork, stuffed tomatoes, salads, and puddings such as pan dulce and paneton. People of Argentina decorate their own homes with wreaths and Christmas trees, too What's more, it's common for them to stay up until midnight, light up fireworks, and toast with champagne at midnight. Also, Seaside Christmasis also popular in Argentina, a dreamy coastal Christmas in seaside sounds exciting! With these plentiful activities in Argentina when celebrating on Christmas, all Argentinia have a great time.

        In Norway, people hide all the brooms in the house on Christmas Eve. This custom has rooted in their belief that mischievous spirits and witches come out on Christmas Eve looking for brooms to ride. To protect themselves from the witches and spirits, Norwegians developed the tradition of hiding brooms on Christmas Eve. The idea is that if the brooms are hidden away, the witches won't be able to find them, and sure, they won't be able to cause mischief or fly around on them.

        Christianity is the biggest religion in the world, and that is why people all over the world celebrate Christmas. In Indonesia, people celebrating Christmas usually create Nativity scenes and use them as a part of the Nativity drama performance. Furthermore, most Christmas trees there are made of plastic; however, people in Bali island use chicken feathers to make ones. That is really special. Moreover, people sing Christmas carols in Indonesian; that and other celebrating ways make people cooperative. The Indonesians celebrate Christmas because they have been colonized before. Although that is not all good, that still brings some good things, such as being together on this special day.

        In Chile, people eat turkey on Christmas Eve. Instead of waiting until Christmas morning, Chilean families gather around the tree and open their presents at midnight on Christmas Eve or “La Noche Buena”. Following a big turkey dinner, many families attend Christmas Eva Mass or “Misa de Gallo” at their local church, where traditional villancicos (Chilean carols) are sung by children.

       As a predominantly Catholic nation, Christmas Eve is the main day for celebration in Brazil. Unlike people in the USA who often celebrate it indoors, Brazilians usually do it outdoors. The food they eat during Christmas is “panettone”. It's an Italian sweet bread originally from Milan. The bread has a special shape, and the base is typically wrapped in decorative paper. It can be filled with a wide variety of candied fruit, but they normally have candied orange and lemon.
